In a world which is moving so fast....keeping up with the pace is so essential that being "fukat" is a crime. Currently i'm enjoying this status along with many of my friends who are waiting for their joinings in respective jobs. Being an engineer(though not the actual brainy, nerdy one), I always had some kind of work to do even in the least hectic of times.....be it writing assignments, doing presentations, attending lectures(did i attend all?? :O ) or even just traveling to college. Day had enough exciting things to do rather than staring at the pc, being on social networking websites and doing nothing constructive.
People in your neighborhood stare at you like they have seen the Hannibal himself. Children in your apartment tell you," Uncle ghar pe hi baithe ho toh aajao humare saath khelne." and many things you hear during these trying times. Being on Facebook does not do good to you.....the same old friends, same Hi-Byes. It seems like you are doing a repeat of the FiveStar Ad(Ramesh-Suresh) on the chat window.
Being fukat has its own set of pros and cons as every other activity has.
Sleep ....Eat.....Sleep.....Eat......Sleep. The easiest thing to do.Create Records in CRICKET07 like these(courtesy: Aniket Katkar)
Explore Youtube for the worst possible songs you never heard.....try to hear them and I'm sure you will laugh your asses off .......click here .Just meet your best buddies everyday to recreate the college adda atmosphere which you miss the most. Make sure you finish off all the best of the Sitcoms: HYMYM,Big Bang,Two n Half men,etc and obviously what men want.
But on a serious note ,do things you always wanted to do, be it going to treks the whole time even if it burns a hole in your pocket...learn singing or dancing or musical instrument you always wanted to learn. This time might not come again, so its like a small window provided to you, collect memories which will last a lifetime. You never know...even Steve Jobs was fukat for sometime during which he learned Calligraphy which he used in Macintosh...dots always can be joined in the future.
